Console Trailer - We can seat 16-20 kids on the inside, depending on the age group. We can accommodate another 8 players on the outside screens.
VR Trailer - We can accommodate 4 players, so party sizes of 4-8 would be best.
Console Trailer - We have a total of 24 controllers for the inside stations, but seating is usually the limitation. We can accommodate another 8 players on the outside screens. Keep in mind that some games allow 4 players per screen, while others restrict to 1 player per screen.
VR Trailer - Up to 4 people can play at the same time.
We are using top-of-the-line equipment. Users must be 10 years or older.
Four people can play at the same time. Party size should be 4-8 people for the best experience.
Socks must be worn in the VR play area. No shoes or bare feet allowed in the VR play area.
Glasses can be worn with the headset, but the frames cannot be wider than 5 ½” wide
As your event starts, there will be some time used for instructions and guidelines. There will also be a learning curve, as new players become familiar with the controllers and the VR environment.
Hygiene is important to us and we keep our equipment as clean as possible. No sticky hands or sweaty heads allowed.
We reserve the right to deny use of our equipment due to underage restrictions or hygiene concerns.
Some online games interact with other online players. We cannot be responsible for their behavior.
Some people may be sensitive to motion sickness in a VR environment. Changing to a different style of game or taking frequent breaks may be helpful.
We have an onboard generator to supply all the necessary electrons.
We need approximately 60ft of curb space on fairly level ground. Please give us a sufficient area to maneuver the video game truck at your event.
Our mobile video game truck is climate controlled, so the temperature is not an issue. Our outdoor screens can only be used in dry weather, but the party never stops on the inside. If the weather prevents us from traveling, we will need some understanding and we’ll work together to reschedule or refund your money.
We make every attempt to keep the equipment clean.
All games have ESRB ratings. You can request a rating limit or select specific games to be played at your event.
Only bottled water will be allowed to keep the trailer and equipment clean.
