- How is electricity supplied to the rig?
We have an onboard generator to supply all the necessary electrons.
- Will your rig fit at our house?
We need approx 60ft of curb space on fairly level ground. Please give us a sufficient area to maneuver the rig at your event.
- Will your rig fit at our festival with the outside tents?
We need approx 60ft of curb space on fairly level ground in length. We can also reduce the length to approx 40ft by unhooking the trailer from the truck. The width with the tents is about 24ft. Please give us a sufficient area to maneuver the rig at your event.
- What happens in bad weather?
Our rig is climate controlled, so temp is not a problem. Our outdoor screens can only be used in dry weather, but the party never stops, on the inside. If weather prevents us from traveling, we will need some understanding and we’ll work together to reschedule or refund your money.
- What about germs from everyone handling the controllers?
We make every attempt to keep the equipment clean.
- Are your games appropriate for my event?
All games have ESRB ratings. You can request a rating limit or select specific games to be played at your event.
- What food and beverages are allowed in the gaming rig?
Only bottled water will be allowed.
